Today was a pretty fun day. I got to play in the pool with my nephews (who are really second cousins). One of them is 4 years old and the other is 9 months. They're such cuties and they're a lot of fun to play with.
Then, mom and I went to the warehouse and got some of my things out of storage. I'm moving into grandpa's old room at mom's house because I can have a queen size bed in there. I wasn't planning on being home for more than a month, so that's what I packed for. Now, I have most of my clothes out of storage and a lot of my decorations so that the bedroom feels more like mine. I figured that since I'll be here until December, I might as well get comfy.
Last night was my first night staying in grandpa's old room. It was very strange for me because he didn't die that long ago (April 25, 2011) and I kinda feel like he's still in the house. It's silly for me to think like that though, because he died downstairs in the living room and I don't feel weird being down there. He didn't even sleep in his bedroom for the last year of his life, so I don't know what I'm scared of. It's very weird. But, I'll just have to get over it if I want to get a good nights sleep.
Mom made grilled cheese for dinner :) yum! Time to nom it up.
